I am a parent of a six year old. My son has been in P.S.155 since last year. When he attend Pre-K. I moved here from Florida. And of course I had concerns regarding my son's education. However, My friend recommended this school. I have to say it was amazing how everyone for the Security Guard to the people in the office and even the lunch ladies are so...willing to help and direct you. Honestly I am impressed with the number of workshops for parents and after-school, Saturday program, Movie night for the children to come on Fridays at 5:30pm, to the phone call at home about my child's behavior. That's impressive for a public school. As a parent if you are looking for a school for you child or children. I strongly recommend P.S.155. Go to the school, visit look, and see for yourself.

My sons graduated from this school. This school offers a lot of programs that other schools in the neighborhood does not like swimming, violin and the annual camping trip for the upper classmen. My son had a great teacher last year. Ms. Jackson was very supportive and loving with all the children.

This school is by far one of the better schools in NYC. I had my son there in special ed as he needed some extra help and the teachers were high quality and sound. The administration was very helpful and we were sad to have to leave as we moved!

PS30 has come a long way from being a SURR (School in Need of Improvement) school to an "A" school as a result of the strong leadership of the principal and the dedication of the staff. It has a strong, standard-based curriculum that successfully paves way to raising student achievement. It promotes nurturing and yet challenging environment. Here are some reasons why PS30 is a great school: * PS30 is open to "ALL" students. * It offers four Arts Programs, such as Dance, Fine Arts, Music, and Drama. What a good way for students to channel their creativity. * Students participate in Community Outreach

I attended this middle school. It was called John Roberts. I managed to get through HS, College and medical school, and attended law school. Typical PR hispanic boy. Went through the USAF and retired. I learned a great deal here. There was only one problem that I remember; bad kids in classes who should be in jail, not in school.

My daughter is currently in Kindergarten and she is doing extemely well. She first attended MCHR in Pre-K 4 when Pre-k 3 and 4 were together. This year they have separate classes which is really great. i would wholeheartedly recommend this school. The reason I choose this school was because at an early age my daughter showed interest in music and dancing. The principal Mrs Kaczynski is a wonderful prinicipal. My daughter's Kindergarten teacher Mrs. Villa is fabulous and she genuinly cares about the students. She does great projects with the kids and my daughter loves learning. My daughter recently told me that she wants to be a teacher just like Mrs. Villa.

I attended this school when I was younger and my daughter attends this school now. I love it!! My daughter wakes up every morning excited to go to school. Her teachers Ms. Genny and Ms Willie are great! They learn something new everyday. My daughter learned to write her name in 1 week. and she is now fluent in spanish after just 2 months of school.
